The rules for using Collectible Quest and related collectible experiences.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using Collectible Quest websites, applications, or collectible experiences, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are also responsible for activity that takes place under your account.

• You must provide a valid email address to register where registration is required.
• You may not impersonate another person or use an account you are not authorized to use.
• You must keep your account information reasonably current.

3. Collectibles, Rewards, Packs, and Virtual Items

Collectible Quest products may include digital collectibles, packs, rewards, virtual balances, badges, progression systems, and related digital items. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these are licensed digital features for use inside the applicable experience and do not grant ownership of the underlying software, platform, or intellectual property.

• Virtual items may be earned, purchased, granted, redeemed, or unlocked through gameplay or platform features.
• Virtual items may be subject to limits, expiration rules, eligibility conditions, or feature-specific requirements.
• Except where required by law, virtual items are not redeemable for cash and may not be transferred outside authorized platform features.

4. In-App Purchases and Payments

Some experiences may allow purchases using real money, platform-managed internal currency, or both. When payment processing is involved, additional terms from the relevant app store, payment processor, or commerce provider may apply.

Unless otherwise stated, purchases of digital goods, packs, credits, or virtual items are final once delivered or made available to your account, subject to applicable law and any mandatory refund rights.

5. Trading and User Interactions

Certain collectible experiences may include trading, offers, messaging-like alerts, or other social and community features. You agree to use those features responsibly and not to exploit, abuse, or manipulate them.

• No fraud, impersonation, account sharing for abuse, or attempts to manipulate trading or progression systems.
• No use of exploits, bots, scraping tools, or automated methods to gain unfair access or advantage.
• No harassment, unlawful conduct, or abusive behavior toward other users or community participants.

6. Acceptable Use Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, resell, or build competing services from the platform or its content.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, APIs, or administrative tools.
• Interfere with app performance, security, or service availability.
• Use the service in violation of applicable law, third-party rights, or these terms.
• Upload or submit content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading.

7. Intellectual Property

Collectible Quest, its platform technology, site design, software, systems, branding, and related content are owned by Collectible Quest and/or its licensors. Branded experiences, collection artwork, and partner materials may also be owned by their respective rights holders.

These terms do not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from platform content except as expressly allowed in writing.

8. User Feedback and Submitted Content

If you send us feedback, suggestions, support screenshots, bug reports, or similar materials, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use that material for support, maintenance, improvement, and operation of the service. You remain responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit anything you send us.

9. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform or a specific collectible experience at any time. Features may change over time, including rewards, progression systems, packs, shop logic, event flows, or integrations.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and temporary downtime may occur for maintenance, updates, third-party failures, or infrastructure events.

10. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the platform, interfere with the service, engage in fraudulent conduct, or create risk for users, partners, or infrastructure. You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device, platform, or network condition.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collectible Quest will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or access arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the service, unless a different rule is required by applicable consumer law. Some jurisdictions may provide mandatory rights that cannot be waived by contract.
